At TAADHI, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We offer reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. Delivery Charges and delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

 

DELIVERY POLICY – SRI LANKA

DELIVERY TIME

Island Wide Deliveries will take 3 to 5 Business days from the date of order.

Orders placed during public Holidays / Weekends will be dispatched on the next Business day. 

Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing , dispatching & delivery of your orders.

Our courier teams will call you prior to delivery, this will be considered a delivery attempt. Failure to deliver after three such attempts will result in cancellation of your order.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this Website). 

DELIVERY COST

Delivery charges are applicable to all deliveries including exchange deliveries. Products exchanged as a result of a defect shall be replaced with no additional delivery charge.

Delivery charges will be calculated at the point of check out. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. 

OTHER

Delivery will be made only to the shipping address stated on the order.

If you wish to change it due to unavoidable circumstances a written request must be made to taadhidesigner@gmail.com within a 12 hours, we will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched at the time of such request.

Just a heads up – shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we’ll always try our best to minimize this.

At the moment cash on delivery (COD) not available. we will deliver if a payment due is made.

Special requests to delay dispatch for the customers’ convenience will be accommodated provided the order is prepaid and hasn’t already been dispatched .If you’ve any trouble receiving your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

DELIVERY POLICY –  INTERNATIONAL

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is between 4 to 14 Business days. 

You will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your package.

In the event you do not receive a tracking number please email our customer service team at taadhidesigner@gmail.com

DELIVERY FEES & TAXES

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the weight of the items and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Shipping charges  do not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order at the time of delivery. We must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them as “Commercial”. The law prohibits us from marking any order as a “gift” even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country’s customs service for further information.

Customs inspections may result in Delivery Estimate delays.

Failure or refusal to accept the goods will result in the goods being destroyed and purchases are strictly non-refundable.

 

Returns

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return a product. Our Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items, including eligibility, timeframes, and procedures. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase, and we will do our best to assist you with any returns or exchanges.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your purchase in case only you have bought the incorrect size under our exchange policy if ;

    • The product is within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed  with all the tags attached. ( Items that are damaged, unhygienic, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected. )
    • The product was not purchased on discount , sale or exchange.
    • You supply the store receipt  or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE – ONLINE PURCHASES

Once we receive goods we will approve your exchange after inspections , our team will reach out to confirm the item you need in exchange. We don’t reserve any items for exchanges until after the garments are received and inspected. Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock.

 

IMPORTANT

 

    • Customer holds the liability of goods until they reach the given address. Therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to package & seal the goods. It is important that the package includes your name, address, contact number and the order number, both inside and outside the package. Taadhi will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the unavailability of the sender’s details. 
    • Please note that NO cash refunds are extended to customers for any item exchanges. 
    • Please note that delivery charges are applicable to all deliveries of exchange goods.
    • Duties , Tariff / Taxes or any other custom charges of  the receiving country will be applicable to the exchange order as well. 
    • All Local exchanges will take up to 8 Business & International up to 15 business days from the date of return to accommodate  inspection time, product processing and courier delivery time. Your patience & Understanding is much appreciated.  

Taadhi reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of:

    • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product’s care instructions or wash guide); 
    • Usual wear and tear following use of the product.
    • Has surpassed the 3 day period.
